Welcome to Farlingaye High School Sixth Form
We’re incredibly proud of our Sixth Form here at Farlingaye. We believe that the support on offer, the high challenge posed by our teaching and the breadth of our curriculum mean it offers you the best possible opportunity to exceed your potential. Our aim is to offer you a Sixth Form experience which challenges you, stretches your academic abilities and allows you to develop new skills, interests and passions to enable you to flourish beyond our school.
There is a place for you whether you are interested in following an A Level course or a combined course of A Levels, Level 3 Technical qualifications and/or GCSE re-takes. We have a very successful Sixth Form, with students achieving exceptional results which shows the dedication of the staff who will work closely with you to realise your potential. Our recent OFSTED inspection confirmed that our Sixth Form is Outstanding, and what we believe stands us apart is the care, support and challenge on offer.
Whether you are an existing Farlingaye student or a student at another establishment you are very welcome here, and whilst we aim for you to reach your highest academic potential, we also want to offer you the opportunity to broaden your experience by taking part in an exciting and fulfilling extra-curricular programme and supporting you in taking those next steps, whether it’s university, an apprenticeship or the world of work. We want you to contribute to the whole life of the school and last, and certainly not least, we want you to enjoy yourself! You will be expected to work hard, to show commitment and to achieve success.
Read the prospectus to find out more, but please visit the school on one of our many Open Mornings or Sixth Form Taster Sessions, or contact us directly so we can answer any questions and offer greater insight into what life is like here at Farlingaye.

Director of Sixth Form.
