Farlingaye Musical projects and snapshots - students & Community playlists
Music has always played an important role within the school and local community. Never more so than during these difficult times. The work showcased below includes original composition work, performances, arrangements, interviews and collaborations. The contributions and conversation are from staff, students, ex-students and parents. We will be updating these playlists throughout the year and hope to include snippets of concerts when we can.
However, the main purpose of the project is to gain insight into what students have been creating, what ex-students are now doing and how music continues to flourish in the Farlingaye music community and beyond.
This could be used as a resource for nursing homes and care settings for those who love music or simply enjoy listening. You may also wish to share it with family members who would enjoy a listen too.
A project to lift the spirits. Happy listening.
